Fragrant Nature Backwater Resort & Ayurveda Spa Kollam, Kollam

I had an amazing stay at this resort! The beautiful location by the lake and the warm hospitality from the staff made it an unforgettable experience. The rooms were immaculate, and the spa treatments were excellent. However, the only downside was that some staff struggled with English, which made communication a bit tricky at times.

My stay at the resort was absolutely delightful, offering stunning views and a peaceful environment that made for a wonderful anniversary celebration. The independent villas were elegantly designed, allowing us to feel connected to nature, while the Ayurvedic treatments were a true highlight. However, the approach road to the resort could use some improvements for easier access.

However, if I had to point out anything, it would be the need for a more extensive dining menu to make dining even more enjoyable.

Although our Lake View Room had a bit of a lizard issue that was promptly handled by the staff, we were upgraded to a villa, which was a delightful experience. The food was decent but could use some improvement, especially in variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with clean rooms and good service, making it an excellent spot for those looking to unwind in nature.
